At Fashion Trade, customer satisfaction is important to us. We strive to deliver quality products; however, if you receive a damaged or defective item, we're here to help.
1. Return Window
Customers may request a return within 3 days of receiving the order.
Return requests submitted after the 3-day period will not be eligible for review or approval.
2. Eligible Returns
Returns are accepted only under the following circumstances:
• Product received is damaged during transit
• Product received has a manufacturing defect
• Incorrect product delivered
To process a return request, customers must provide clear photo or video evidence showing the issue.
3. Return Requirements
To qualify for a return, the item must:
• Be unused and in its original condition
• Include original packaging, tags, and accessories
• Be returned in the same condition as received
Fashion Trade reserves the right to reject return requests if the product shows signs of use, damage caused by the customer, or missing packaging.
4. Refund Process
Once the returned product is received and inspected by our team, the refund will be processed.
Approved refunds will be issued after deducting:
• ₹500 Return Shipping & Handling Charges
• Marketing and Processing Costs (if applicable)
The remaining eligible refund amount will be transferred to the customer's original payment method or bank account provided by the customer.
Refund processing generally takes 3–7 business days after successful inspection of the returned product.
5. Non-Returnable Situations
Returns and refunds will not be accepted for:
• Change of mind after purchase
• Personal preferences regarding style, color, fit, or appearance
• Product not meeting personal expectations
• Return requests submitted after 3 days of delivery
• Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling by the customer
• Products returned without original packaging or accessories

To initiate a return request, please contact our support team with the following details:

• Customer Name
• Contact Information
• Photos or videos clearly showing the issue
Our team will review the request and provide further instructions if the return is approved.
